Canadian Political Petitions
Whilst I would usually leave Canadian Politics to an actual Canadian, I couldn't let this one slip up...It seems the people of Canada have espoused great concern in regards to the protection of a certain species... One so rare that it's doubtful existence makes it worthy to protect...

The debate over their existence is moot in the circumstance of their tenuous hold on merely existing," reads a petition presented by Mike Lake to Parliament.
"Therefore, the petitioners request the House of Commons to establish . . . legislation to affect immediate protection of Bigfoot."
Lake is the Conservative MP for Edmonton - Mills Woods - Beaumont, I'm not sure if that means anything!
